Any forms submitted to the centre via our web site are not encrypted and as such are subject to the same security levels as ordinary email.

We may keep your details in a computer database for our own market analysis but will not sell your details on to any other third party.

We also may occasionally use this database to send you details of the centre's special offers which we believe you may be interested in, unless you specifically instruct us not to do so by unchecking the relevant box on our forms.

Don't worry, we won't flood your inbox with junk every day, perhaps as little as just two or three a year!

If you send an email to us using your own email client, you should be aware that, as with all unencrypted data sent across a public network, the details contained within may be intercepted and read by others.

Although this risk is very small, we advise you not to send your credit card numbers which are best exchanged by telephone (+44 01843 831875) or fax (+44 01843 831829).

Server Statistics
As with all internet servers, each request for files/pages, is logged and information like the browser type, date, IP address, file requested, etc is stored. We may analyse these statistics for marketing purposes, but have no interest in tracing you back via your IP address, or using cookies to monitor your viewing habbits.
