The rates below are Valid from 01.01.07 to 31.12.07. Please read the important booking information contained on this page before you make a reservation.

How the Rates Work
There are two family units and one self-catering flat available to let. The flat may be let either as a family unit or on a self-catering basis.

There are two basic rates types; a Weekly Rate (e.g. arriving Saturday, staying for 7 nights, and departing on Saturday) or a Daily Rate (with a minimum stay of 2 nights).

The catered rates include either a full English or continental breakfast, three course evening meal Monday to Saturday inclusive and Sunday Lunch. VAT at 17.5 % has additionally been included. Children 12 years and under are free when sharing with two adults per unit. Please ask for a discounted rate if your group size is over 10 persons. The self-catering rates include linen, gas, electricity and VAT at 17.5%. The management reserves the right to change all rates without notice.

Deposit
A deposit of £30 per adult per week is required at the time of booking and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior or at the time of booking if later. Please make sure you are aware of our booking terms and conditions before you confirm a reservation.

Method of Payment
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and American Express. A valid cheque card number must support payments by cheque.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, allowing sufficient time for us to re-let the accommodation. Every effort will be made to ensure no further charge other than the above deposit is incurred. If we are unable to re-let any of the cancelled nights, we reserve the right to charge for loss of revenue as per our cancellation fee as follows:-
4 - 6 weeks notice 45% of total cost
1 - 3 weeks notice 70% of total cost
less than 1 week 100% of total cost
We encourage you to consider taking out holiday insurance to protect yourself from the disappointment of unforeseen cancellations.

Family Atmosphere
St. Christopher's is a non-smoking and alcohol free centre, and as such, we hope to promote a healthy and relaxed family atmosphere. Pets are regrettably not permitted.

Collection of Keys
On arrival please come to the Manager's Office to check-in and collect your flat keys.

Information Folder
Each flat contains an information folder with instructions on how to use the electrical equipment, emergency procedures, your cleaning obligations and suggestions of things to do during your stay.

Bedding & Towels
We provide pillows, pillow cases, duvets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels, and sheets. Additionally, we take care of the laundering.

Packed Lunches
Packed Lunches can be arranged for £2.25 per person per day.

Cleaning
The rooms in the units are serviced by our housekeeping staff each day, who will ensure that towels and soap are replenished. If the self-catering flat 4 is not let on a catered basis, then we require occupants to leave the flats clean and ready for the next guests. Cleaning materials are provided for this purpose and a cleaning check list may be found in the Information Folder. It is possible to arrange for the housekeeping staff to clean the flat after departure at an additional charge. Please stipulate this at the booking stage.
