St Christopher's Tariff for 2007
The rates below are Valid from
01.01.07 to 31.12.07. Please read the important booking
information contained on this page before you make a reservation.
How the Rates Work
There are five flats available to let, on either a catered or self-catering basis. The year has been divided
into four bands which reflect the seasonal nature of the location.
They are arranged from the first day of arrival to the final departure
date of the band (e.g. arriving Saturday, staying for 7 nights,
and departing on Saturday), but it is possible to book the flats
for a few nights at the daily rate, usually for a minimum of two nights.
The
rates include linen, gas, electricity and VAT at 17.5%. The management
reserves the right to change them without notice.

Meals
Cooked on site and served in the Dining Room
At certain times of the year, St Christopher's staff prepare and
serve home-cooked meals in the Dining Room, and you might like to
break up your self-catering holiday by booking in. Please check
with reservations in advance to ensure that a table is available,
and be aware that the dining room is unlicensed. The dinner, bed & breakfast prices in the tariff above include the full three course evening meal or Sunday Lunch, while self-catering guests may book at the following prices per
person:
 £4.00 - Full English Cooked Breakfast
£10.50 - Three Course Evening meal
£7.50 - Two Course Evening meal or Sunday Lunch
£4.50 - One Course Evening meal
£3.99 - Children's meal (under 13)
£4.00 - Packed Lunch or Tea (ordered in advance)
Prices for Buffets and special catered events are available on request.
Deposit
A deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking
and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. Full payment
must be made 6 weeks prior or at the time of booking if later.
Method
of Payment
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and American
Express. A valid cheque card number must support payments by cheque.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, allowing sufficient time
for us to re-let the accommodation. Every effort will be made to
ensure no further charge other than the above deposit is incurred.
If we are unable to re-let any of the cancelled nights, we reserve
the right to charge for loss of revenue as per our cancellation
fee as follows:-
4 - 6 weeks notice 45% of total cost
1 - 3 weeks notice 70% of total cost
less than 1 week 100% of total cost
We encourage you to consider taking out holiday insurance to protect
yourself from the disappointment of unforeseen cancellations.

Family
Atmosphere
St. Christopher's is a non-smoking and alcohol free centre, and
as such, we hope to promote a healthy and relaxed family atmosphere.
Pets are regrettably not permitted.
Collection
of Keys
On arrival please come to the Manager's Office to check-in and collect
your flat keys.
Information
Folder
Each flat contains an information folder with instructions on how
to use the electrical equipment, emergency procedures, your cleaning
obligations and suggestions of things to do during your stay.
Bedding
& Towels
We provide pillows, pillow cases, duvets, duvet covers, towels,
tea towels, and sheets. Additionally, we take care of the laundering.
Cleaning
We require guests to leave the flat clean and ready for the next
occupants, and cleaning materials are provided for this purpose.
It is possible to arrange for staff from the centre to clean the
flat after departure at an additional charge. Please stipulate this
at the booking stage.
